Made appointment online same day, they took me 20 minutes early. Started with a pedicure and then onto my full set extensions with Japanese Gel technique. I priced everything online first and then was told French Gel would be $15 more… that’s not a problem. I have never had such meticulous work done before on my toes and feet. Not one cuticle or polish out of line or missed. To the point of wiping off my white tip color 3 times before getting it the way she wanted it one several of my nails. ? I am disappointed with my experience here. I came for a gel manicure and regular pedicure and was excited because I haven’t gotten my nails done in a very long time so it was a treat. The pedicure lasted about 20 mins total and felt rushed. The gel manicure service was fine but literally 16 hours afterwards, one of my nails chipped. I am writing this review 23 hours after my appointment and another nail has chipped. Gel manicures are supposed to last about 2 weeks and I never had this bad of issues with my previous salons. I don’t have confidence that trying the same services again will change my experience or the outcome.

Today was my first time at this establishment. The staff was nice. Nika did my nails and pedicure. She took her time, checked every nail and was really kind. I will be returning and referring others here. I also signed up for the customer membership to keep coming back. They have a large variety of colors and colors. There are also examples of more creative styles, that I will try in the future. I recommend this place.
