$$ transparency about Vada Spa (keep reading). Only one of the four technicians I saw today introduced themselves with their name. Only two out of the four used my name during the treatments.The spa honored my Groupon rate (138) & got a facial, massage, Mani/Pedi. I added a bikini wax too. Overall, I had a good experience. I enjoyed the massage ($20 extra for deep pressure). Sometimes it felt like they were using a lot of oil, but they used warm towels to clean everything off at the end. My facial was good (no upsells!), but I felt very tender and all my acne was inflamed when I got home. I needed to wash my face and use my toner to feel better. I love this place and I would hate to give it a one star. Tonight I got severely burned with hot stone during massage. Hot stones left my back with very painful blisters. I am part of the working class,not looking for free service, but somehow - I would like to be compensated with a manicure or a pedicure for my pain and suffering. I dont want to post any pictures here , but if you guys want to see it let me know.

My very first spa and facial was a 10/10! They were very thorough. The lady who did my facial was so kind (Ashley if I’m not mistaken?) and really took the time to explain my skin type as well as provide product recommendations and tell me how they work. Three days later and my face still feels baby soft. Also, don’t worry about chasing your masseuse/anyone else down to give them a tip. You can do that with cash or card at the desk on your way out!
