The city facility was clean, and the technicians were professional. I especially want to recognize Paul, the morning technician and manager, who was very helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my study could be completed.
My main concerns are with the study experience and the final report. During the overnight portion of the study, I informed the overnight technician that I was very cold and having difficulty falling asleep because of it. Unfortunately, the issue was not addressed at that time. I needed to have a study done just to see if I had sleep apnea. Honestly, the experience was not that bad however, the one thing I hated the most was that the paste/glue they use to keep the electrodes on your head was very difficult to remove. Personally, I prefer the at home sleep study rather than in-lab. I took 2 showers, morning and night on the day I went home to try to get the paste/glue off... it is very stubborn. Not sure if it's because I have rather thin/fine hair, that's why it's basically pulling out my hair as it's coming off. But, even after a couple of washes, it still feels as if there's still some left on my scalp. Also, the pillows there are not actually...read full review
