their system was down the day i went in but the employee working was super helpful in redirecting me to another ubreakifix location. i needed to edit my insurance claim to switch locations and he was very kind about letting me use the wifi to take care of that before leaving. still got my phone fixed within hours at the other location! i can pretty confidently recommend ubreakifix!
These guys are super nice and can repair things the Apple Store won’t. Definitely check them out if you need something repaired. You can get an estimate and you will probably save a lot/rescue your device.
I had iPhone problems - they offered to take a look and unfortunately couldn’t repair it and surprise! Surprise! there was no charge. Highly recommend you bring your phone issues there Honest and very helpful.
