I have used U. S.Mechanical for over two years. They are always reliable and stand behind their work. They have never missed an appointment and I believe go out of the way to see that my work is done quickly and cost effectively. This compares most favorably with others I have used in NYC who seemed to defer my job for bigger more profitable jobs and simply never seemed to care about my issues.
As far as I am concerned they are my first call for work in NYC.

I've tried three different companies in NYC and this is by FAR the most professional one. They came the next day, the service was great. Dan was helping us out and he was great, focused and interested. We'll call for sure again if there will be a problem in the future.

As a retail florist, we are very dependent on cooling systems for our flowers. When we started our business in 1986, we used a couple of companies to handle maintenance and repairs for our cooling systems--with irregular results. We were looking for a more reliable and competent company to service our needs--and another florist recommended Dolor and Bruce--who provided super service and were uncharacteristically competent at their specialty.
