I went to QB Tokyo House on Bleecker St. $30. hair cut! Mt Takahiro is fantastic! They only cut, no washing, no styling, but the haircuts are enough!
Unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. The haircut isn't that great either - Spend your money elsewhere
