I got under eye and lip filler done here expecting excellent results because i went to someone more higher priced and they left me with one hollow eye and one eye with a noticeable bump in it and now my lip is bigger on one side and it looks worse when i smile, they told me it was because of the “swelling” but it never changed how it looked and when i went to the follow up appointment she just pressed on it and said I need to pay more to fix it.
I spent all my money on this procedure thinking i would finally look good just to walk around with an even more messed up face.

Edit: it’s been a month and the filler is one eye is completely gone and the other eye is hollow but still has a bump in it, do not come here and waste your money they charge it overpriced and is a scam.

I had my very first laser hair removal appointment here, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ve always wanted (and honestly needed) to do laser hair removal, but I had been putting it off for years because I was afraid of the pain. Working with Cassidy completely changed that for me.

Cassidy was incredible from start to finish. She explained everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel so comfortable and at ease the entire time. She was also extremely knowledgeable and careful to properly calibrate the laser machine to my specific skin tone and shade, which made me feel so safe and confident in her care. She started slow, doing just one zap at first and checking in with me to make sure it felt okay before continuing.

She was so friendly, and we were able to have easy, genuine conversation the entire appointment, which helped distract me and honestly made it fun. She allowed me plenty of time to ice beforehand, didn’t start until I felt ready and gave the okay, and even gave me stress balls and constant words of encouragement throughout — all of which made a huge difference. Overall, the experience was pretty painless for me, which I never thought I’d say about laser hair removal!

I was also shocked at how quickly I saw results — after my very first shave, my hair growth was already noticeably less. Before I left, Cassidy gave me thorough advice on next steps and aftercare, including what to do and what not to do, which I really appreciated.

I’m beyond happy with my experience and results so far. I highly recommend Trifecta Med Spa, and especially Cassidy, to anyone considering laser hair removal — especially if you’re nervous like I was. I’m already looking forward to my next session!

I come to Trifecta for Botox and I am so impressed by how knowledgeable the staff was. My results were exactly what you were looking for. My skin is glowing and the tone and texture is amazing. I had not heard from her for over a week. Turns out she was ill so I reached out to the office and spoke to Jaime three times over the course of two weeks and every time she assured me someone would get back to me but I it never happened. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because they were very pleasant on the phone but they seem completely unprofessional and disinterested in their follow up.

EDIT: Less than an hour after writing this I received a phone call letting me know Elena would be in touch. When she finally did call back she told me that I need a different procedure than what she is capable of providing. I waited three weeks to be told they couldn't help me. My review will remain at one star for prioritizing company reputation over client consideration.

Highly talented and friendly staff. Appointments are always on time and quick. Book with Michael, he's the best!
