Dr. Pietrzyk and her staff are the best vets in the tristate area! In early August, Myself and my 2 dogs moved to NYC from bucolic CT. One of my dogs has great anxiety and refused to go to the bathroom for a week. Dr. P reassured me that things would work out and they did with the help of Trazadone. Callie, a 12 year old Wheaten delivered black pigmentation on her back about a year ago. Other vets did not know what it was. I took her to Dr. P and within seconds she diagnosed the condition and started her on a medicine and cream to stop itching and cure pigmentation. Tribeca Ivy Pets are wonderful!!!! Dr. Pietrzyk and her staff are so kind and empathetic. They couldn't have been more gentle with my little cat, or caring to us, when we had to say goodbye. Euthanasia is always emotional, but they made us all feel so cared for, and supported. Dr. Pietrzyk explained everything so thoroughly, and gave us as much time as we needed before and after. I had never been to this practice before, but their kindness and compassion didn't make it feel that way at all. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and truly caring vet, I can't recommend this practice enough.

Dr. Berg and her team were absolutely the best vet care team we ever had! We started to go to TVW shortly after it was open. They have showed the utmost professionalism and care above and beyond our expectation. Astro fell seriously ill over the weekend in late 2021 due to a likely tumor previously undetected. We were faced with the very difficult decision to whether prolong his suffering. We contacted TVW to help us weigh in along the emergency vet's diagnosis and recommendation. Even though Dr. Berg was off, the TVW team tracked her down and she promptly contacted us and discussed with us. We later found out that she was taking time off to undergo cancer... read full review
