Always a good visit. All kinds of walk-ins are welcomed (even if it is super busy). But of course, you must be willing to wait your turn if you come in on a super busy day, with no appointment and a large request. I've had facials done here, bikini waxes (they use numbing spray and it's way less painful than hard wax at pricier salons on spas). They always get my eyebrow shape right and keep it on the thicker side, as I prefer. I did lashes once here as well and it was pretty nice and very swift (10 mins).
