Tortola feels like home. I’ve been going to this Salon for over 20 years & that probably says more than I can adequately portray here. Tom & Jo are so talented and kind, and along with Bucci and staff, treat all like family. I also so appreciate the COVID precautions Tortola has in place. At a time when so much has shifted & can feel uncertain in our world, Tortola offers continuity, peace, and connection. Thank you to Tom— not only for decades of amazing haircuts (which always yield compliments)—-but also for being an unwavering source of support, friendship & humor. I walked into Tortola yesterday looking for a last minute blow out. They were super kind and Vincent gave me an amazing beachy wave blowout which was exactly what I wanted. He checked in after one section to make sure it what I was looking for. Great experience and was in and out in 30 min. Will be visiting again and seeing Vincent.

Tortola is a gorgeous Salon. What impressed me even more was how safe I felt as soon as I walked through the door. Tortola is taking safety precautions very seriously. There is hand sanitizer that everyone is asked to use as soon as they enter. Next is a temperature check. There are partitions at each station and stations are a minimum of 6’ apart. Masks are worn by all - employees, stylists and clients. I was told they have HEPA Air Purifiers throughput and A/C units are outfitted with the highest MERV Filters. The bathroom was cleaned after each use and disinfected with virus killing UV-C lights.I realize some of these are mandatory requirements while others are not....read full review
