Went in right before closing to see if they could add a 14k bail to a charm I didn’t purchase from there. They agreed with no hesitation and it was only $25 which is a great price especially considering some of the neighboring tourist trap jewelry stores. They are incredibly kind here. I’ll be back to shop. Cash only!

Bought my wedding rings here. Quick efficient. Great quality for the price!!! The transaction was seamless. Since then have bought many times here again and friends have bought their engagement rings here.

I visited this store in August during a friend's birthday trip. I purchased a total of four things all 14k gold. One of them being a necklace with multiple colored stones. While they have a great selection with affordable prices, my overall experience with customer service and quality has been subpar. One of the gems from the necklace fell out about 2 weeks after wear. I called them and arranged for my necklace to ship back to be fixed. I paid for both shipping in both ways as they were not willing to pay for shipping. Now only 3 months after purchase, the chain broke. I called back to inform them and they suggested me to take it to a local jewelry store to fix for convenience instead of shipping back and forth because that is not cost effective. I honestly did not want the necklace anymore as it has shown to been poorly made. Brenda essentially told me there was nothing she could do and could not provide a return. To me, this represents poor quality and lack of value for costumer service.
