I've been a member for a bit over a year now, and this is easily the best gym in the village. There is always plenty of space, they have high quality equipment, and the staff are uniformly friendly and helpful.
I have had a great experience training with Nico -- well designed workouts and good banter!

Nico is the best personal trainer I have ever had and I’ve tried so many but none have been as understanding, kind, and inspiring as Nico truly grateful god placed him in my life excited to get my health back!
