Window washers came to my home in NYC. One of the window washers went into my refrigerator and took the last beverage in a case. It was a White Claw so not only did he not ask permission to go in my refrigerator. He was DRINKING on the job.I asked the owner for an invoice for my records and was told that it was coming. I have texted, emailed and called with no response. It has been over a month.The employee was not reprimanded. Owner stated that what's done is done. Nothing more that he can do but apologize.(Maybe he should have replaced the product in good faith)Would NEVER recommend this company or use them again.Service: Window washing

The company did a great job on the windows, which were complicated with City Quiet panes, child guards, screens, and sliding windows which did not flip out. Neat and professional. They even wore slipper guards for my floors.

Excellent service. I recommend using this company. The team of two professionals arrived with all the tools needed to clean apartment windows after year-long exterior work on the building. The 8 windows and frames are sparkling. The price was as quoted. The only minor problem was that it took multiple phone calls and text messages to get a schedule, and team was late on arrival due to Friday traffic.
