THE BEST
AMERICAN CLEANING SERVICE !!!! TREAT IT AND CONVINCE YOUR SELF 👍👍👍👍

I would not recommend Tristate American Cleaning Service. They failed to arrive at my home on time and did not clean my house as scheduled. What's even more disappointing is that when I called them afterwards, they denied ever providing service to me and claimed they didn't know who I was.

Based on my experience, their customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional. I recommend that others stay away from this company.

Tristate is the most trustworthy and reliable company I have worked with in a long time. From the efficiency of their cleaning services, their employees, and especially the account executive Alexis, you can rely on them at all times. Anytime I needed to speak to or have urgent questions that need immediate attention, Alexis has been prompt in finding a solution or response. I have even reached out to them to clean my condominium as well, I truly appreciate all that they do. If you need a company to do the job well, they are the one!
