We are so delighted with our new Shade Store blinds. Not only are the shades beautiful and the electric remotes effortless, but we now sleep beyond sunrise in our bedrooms. Beth Inglesby was supportive, funny and extremely patient with our need to go back and forth with all our decisions. We can't say enough good things about her. And the installers were fast and professional. They explained how the remotes work and took time to adjust the settings to our needs. Honestly, I would urge everyone to work with the Upper West Side Shade Store. We are just so delighted.

Shade store is an amazing store overall. You need to know what quality and what type of window treatments do you need and you can leave yourself to them. Beth A. Inglesby is such a wonderful woman. She was so patient and explanatory to all my concerns and questions. I’m so glad that she helped me today and give me so many searches. Their team also very professional and helpful.
