I can't say enough good things about Marie Brannvall at The Shade Store for my beautiful solar blinds. Marie took the time to understand what I needed to replace my old mini blinds and walked me through several options. I left the store with several samples, enabling me to be sure of the color I preferred. The blinds arrived on time and the installation was a breeze.
Just had my shades + curtains completed I have to compliment Beth (designer) and Carlos (installer). Beth guided me through every option and made the design process easy. The fabric changes color with the light and the motorized solar shades significantly cut down the heat gain from my west facing windows. I felt it instantly during installation. Carlos installed everything with impressive speed and precision — it looks and feels incredible. I am so glad I worked with the Shade Store and this specific team. Great work!
Was very disappointed by the customer service here. The salesperson upsold us on premium remotes stating we could manage them from an app but conveniently forgot to mention the additional fees until AFTER the install. Absolutely no effort to remedy the situation even though the entire communication was in writing. In addition, they sent only one person to do the install - he was very nice and did his best - but my husband literally had to be the second person because no one else ever came. The windows were too large for one person to possibly complete on their own. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
