Patricia provides great help to us on selecting the right shade for our new home. We love it so much.
Patricias provided many great suggestion on what choices we shall make. Initially we picked something that look great, but was not the right choice for our south facing apartment. Patricia explained to us in details why we shall select 3% transparent shade instead of 10%. And what are the differences among different shades. Those explanation makes us feel now we become experts about what shade to us.

We experienced wonderful service from our sales person, to the man who did the measurements and the man who installed our shades yesterday. The Shade Store is extremely professional-all the forms were sent to our building for the event to happen and the follow up was great. I have recommended the store to two of my friends.
Working with Lori Prasad at the UES Shade Store at 1340 3rd Ave in NYC was a sheer joy. She helped us with an order for our second home outside of the city. She was most knowledgeable about product choices, worked with us with sample fabrics and was patient with our decision making process. Most importantly she got us an earlier than expected delivery date and helped with the coordination of shipping and installation times. She kept in constant personal communication with us throughout.
