This woman’s attitude is absolutely horrible - I had an American flag at my house and she proceeded to act completely insane I had to kindly tell her I was going with a different company

If you are creatively organized (or other people call it "messy"), Karin is your lady! As a typically busy NYC person with little storage space, I needed a way to maximize my space and minimize the time I spend straightening up. I needed HELP!I have had a few organizing services come to my apartment over the years, but none of them really helped get my apartment in order once and for all the way Karin at The Serene Home did.Karin was the only professional who took the time to sit down with me to discuss what my life was like and what would help me best. She also walked me through the steps so I could maintain my new system. Karin is very patient with me and not judgmental....read full review
