I came to Pilates Local as a novice, trying to find a consistent form of movement that was right for me. Kristin and Michele took me under their wing immediately. They are encouraging, thoughtful, and expert instructors who have transformed my body and spirit. I cannot imagine my week without them.
Michele and Kristin at TPL are extraordinary teachers with tremendous expertise and warmth and humor which they share with students in a pristine, beautifully equipped studio. I have all kinds of old injuries and back problems and they work with me thru it all. I love TPL!
I am so grateful I found Pilates Local. Michele, Kristin and Heather have helped me tremendously, and my body feels a million times better and stronger than before. They are a lot of fun to work with and are all so knowledgeable. Studio is lovely and immaculate. I highly recommend!!
