Sara is an incredibly smart and personable practitioner. When I came to Sara for the first time I could barely stand or sit because of my hurting back, hips, and neck. After just one session my back and neck muscle spasms eased and after 3 I was back to 100%! She is incredibly thoughtful and also provided me with exercises, diet, and vitamin suggestions in addition to physical therapy and massage. She cares for me as a complex person and how I experience life, not just my injuries or physical body. Sara checks in with me to see how I am doing between our sessions. I have a strong positive bias for Sara's work. I began working with Sara in 1980, as a client, a student and to help build her clientele. I have seen the NeuroMuscular Center grow from a yoga mat to a fully staged healing arena. Whenever I have a colleague, student, friend, family member with some physical disorder, I immediately refer them to The NeuroMuscular Center. I went in with a torn shoulder and much pain. The work with Sara resulted in a looser, more relaxed shoulder/arm and a different wave of pain. One session is obviously not sufficient. I have made another appointment for more work. Sara is amazing.
