At 63, I have been the beneficiary of Sara Vogeler's extraordinary neuromuscular approach to body work for over 15 years. Both her knowledge of the neuromuscular skeletal system and her tactical application of message and stretching have mechanically prolonged my active athletic life. I have battled a severe L5 back injury since age 18 and more recently an achilles rebuild and a shoulder replacement. Sara has helped me through all of it while enabling me to manage my challenged back. Sara is the zenith of practical body mechanics to live a less painful active life.
Sara is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me immeasurably. My back and leg pain was horrific. Every week working with Sara brought improvement and increased relief. I feel back to my old self in less than a month. Sara has also helped me with suggestions on ways to improve my overall health and wellness. I strongly suggest seeing Sara if you are dealing with neuromuscular pain issues.
Over the decades I have seen every sort of person having to do with back issues and general muscular complaints: Osteopaths, Rolfers, Chiropractors, masseuses of every stripe and sports medicine people. At this point (72) I have accrued much knowledge on these matters and my experience with Sarah and the NeuroMuscular center was a fine blend of all those disciplines and then some. She demonstrated extensive knowledge of how the body works and how it does not. Results were immediate.
