I had a great experience living at the Anthem and moved out due to reasons not related to the building. Literally ever member of the Anthem team is super friendly and helpful. Every maintenance request was fulfilled beyond my expectations. Lauren the property manager was a delight to work with. I couldn't recommend this building enough.

I absolutely loved living at the Anthem! It became an oasis for me to escape the city. The amenities like the rooftop garden, gym with sauna (membership through crunch), and the friendly doormen made it stand out in my housing search. I also appreciated the large windows, the abundance of storage/closet space in my unit, and convenience of the location. I cannot recommend living here more! If there is one thing to be careful of, I would say make sure that the moving company that you hire is approved by the building management as there are some restrictions. I’ve lived at the Anthem for five years and it’s the best that Murray Hill has to offer. The south facing units in particular provide an over abundance of sunlight (17th floor and up) and peace and quiet facing away from the busyness of 34th street. The staff are top notch, know you by name, and care about you. The gym inside the building is excellent and if you’re tired of waiting to use a machine, fear no more — this gym is just for residents. The roof deck is basically a botanical garden come springtime — there’s no better place for a reprieve from the city and it’s just a short elevator ride up.
