Horrific. New front desk girl. Got there within the 10 min grace period. RAN from west side to make it on time. My appointment was at 6:30 originally. I got there 6:38 and by the time I walked over to the desk it was exactly 6:39. This desk girl, incredibly unprofessional clearly did not want to stay in for the last client (me) She said that the 10 min grace period doesn't cover 6:39, it's before 6:39. This establishment has gone downhill. Incredibly unprofessional in communication, delivery and treatment. Low budget service. Fidi prices.

Love getting my nails done here! Very different experience from the normal pedicure and not overpriced! Wonderful staff everytime.

I used to love this salon pre-pandemic but I sadly have to agree with the other reviewers that it has gone downhill. I booked an appointment for a service and arrived about 5-10 minutes early. 20 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to start, I asked about the status and the receptionist was only able to say, she's with a client, and had no idea how much longer it would be. I guess even though I had an appointment no one cares?! So I left and went to another salon and had my service done. I won't be back, it's a real shame.
