Tend Dental Flatiron offers great service with a calm, clean, and friendly environment. The staff and dentist are extremely helpful, caring, and make patients feel comfortable the entire time. The front desk is excellent, polite, and super helpful. The endodontist was quick, very understanding, and gave options. One patient had a root canal that was the most painless and actually enjoyable experience. The dentist tried hard and succeeded at saving a molar which was a tough case, and it’s clear he’s highly skilled and trained. The whole staff was super caring and asked often how the patient was doing. Another patient got a wisdom tooth extraction same day of a cleaning, was out in 7 minutes with no pain, just pressure, and the socket healed perfectly. They called and checked in to make sure the patient was doing okay. The service is professional, and they truly care about their patients. Patients feel very well informed and cared for, and are happy to return for more work. The place is super nice and clean too. Highly recommend all around.
I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist, and right before my appointment I was asked to reschedule due to circumstances out of my control. Both Dija and Damaryst understood my anxiety immediately and helped me find alternative scheduling options without any hesitation. While I was at the office, they also took the time to walk me through my insurance details and break down every financial step, something that is extremely important to me. I appreciated their patience and willingness to help so much that I felt compelled to leave this review.

I had such a great experience at this dental office today. The staff and dentist were extremely helpful, caring, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I went in feeling a bit sad, but their kindness and conversation really lifted my spirits. The service was professional, and they truly care about their patients. I would definitely recommend this office and will be going back anytime I need dental care!
I just had a root canal this morning by Dr. Johnny Kim and it was the most painless and actually enjoyable (thank you, nitrous) experience! Dr. Kim tried hard and succeeded at saving my molar which was a tough case. Dr. Kim is amazing and it’s clear he’s highly skilled & trained (top schools and programs, I always google ha). The whole staff was super caring and asked often how I was doing. The place is super nice and clean too so that’s another plus. Highly recommend all around!!!!
