Making sure that our office technology works is the MOST dreadful part of my job description (and I'm not very good at it!). Honestly, lets face it- technology is great only when it works. There is nothing worse than having things breakdown in the middle of the day and staring at cables, black screens, routers, switches, Outlook integration... the list of my demise can go on and on. In 2018, I desperately combed thru Google looking for IT companies and one would think that's easy to find in Midtown, but its not. Multiple companies required that I become a member, subscribe to services, or just had ridiculous fees. Techmate has been a Savior. They charge a reasonable rate...read full review

Josset and Nicole are INCREDIBLE. Techmate is truly phenomenal. Josset fixed the problem and actually gave me a tutorial , which she didn’t have to. And it was better than the Genius Bar. I will absolutely call on them for ANY tech service. They are just amazing (In a time when customer service is terrible).
