“I was a walk-in and came in for piercings. Jinna was super friendly and welcoming from the get-go and was answering all my questions as soon as I stepped into the shop (which btw is cute, cozy, and has beautiful decor and art).I had my earlobes re-pierced after an unfortunate sequence of events that led to keloids many years ago (stay away from piercing guns, kids). Jinna has a gentle hand and I barely felt the needles; she was also sure not to pierce through any existing scarring. She thoroughly explained everything that I needed to know in terms of aftercare and has even offered to help remove my jewelry if I'm too nervous to do it on my own once they're all healed.
