FORMERLY 24 HOURS and the sign in the window says they close at midnight but that’s inaccurate. Twice I’ve gone to do something at the 11pm hour (once a pickup and once a drop off) but the door was locked or they were closing up by 11:15pm. Feels deceptive and I see the time on Google maps shows 10pm which might be customers that think that’s more accurate. Annoying, to be honest. If you close before midnight just say that. I had to take my business to Green Laundry because I was not brining that cart back up just to take down again. No thanks.I do like the drop off service, and they accept credit/debit cards for payment which is convenient for me. Get it together...read full review

You'll love washing at tags! The ladies are sweet and the service is great! I have a laundry room in my building but i go up to tags on Amsterdam because the machines are very good, they have a lot of machines and i get all my laundry done at once. I've been coming here for 11 years. It's express wash and dry. The machines are approximately 20 minutes and to dry you don't need to put a lot of time. The best part is, no annoying quarters. They have a laundry card, you can either add cash to or load with a debit or credit card. If you ever have an issue with a machine they will try to make it right. A tiny bit pricier than some other laundry mats but employees always very helpful—Lupe even took the time to teach me how to neatly fold a fitted sheet which I frankly before believed to be impossible.They have great drop off service and everything comes so perfectly folded.Don’t go here for dry cleaning though—while it is offered, it is not done in-house but sent out and it took about two weeks for me to get my clothes dry cleaned.Also good to note it’s a “swipe card”/as in, not an insert coins into the machine laundrymat.
