I told the woman cutting my hair, to not cut the back of my head, but she did it anyway. I told her that twice, so either she forgot, or did not listen.

They were in such a rush to be done cutting my hair that they accidentally cut my ear with scissors. Did not apologize, just said “it’s only a scratch it’s fine.” I guess that’s fair for a $16 haircut?
