This is my first time working with a personal trainer and I've had a great experience! Nate paired me with Ed who carefully listened to my goals, assessed my current state, and created a thorough plan. I've been training for a little over a month and I'm already seeing results. I'd recommend anyone who wants to work with a personal trainer to Studio 16!
Got started with Anthony back in Jan-Feb '22 and the experience has been great. He is so friendly, easy to work with, and challenges me in our sessions. The gym is great, clean, full of equipment to use, and the 1:1 time is perfect. Definitely continuing my training with him!Shout-out to Nate for starting an awesome gym, making the process so easy, seamless, and finding me my trainer. The man knows what he's doing in fitness.
Studio 16 is the place to be! Nate and the other trainers are very nice and relatable people. You get a good, quality 1:1 experience and you're treated very nicely. You can come here at any stage of your fitness journey and see amazing results if you apply yourself. I've been going for over 2 years and during that time I've lost a bunch of weight and built muscle. I'm very happy with my decision to join the studio!
