GYROTONIC® is a powerful system of exercise for conditioning, stretching, strength, balance, and flexibility. The spiral and circular-based exercises build muscular strength, promote stability around the joints and enable increased range of motion. Pilates is a non-impact movement system that uses spring-based resistance to efficiently and effectively challenge, strengthen and balance all the systems of our bodies. Pilates and Gyrotonic exercise are suitable for all levels of fitness to enjoy!
