Want to preface this by saying I want to continue to use this place, mainly because of the convenience. They provide the laundry component of their service well enough. Their employees are nice, especially the ones who come to pick up the laundry. I honestly hope that my opinion over time will change and I will be able to rate 5 stars.First star off - broke my bag by holding it by the drawstring instead of the neck. The weight snapped the drawstring, and they didn’t mention it, and haven’t offered to compensate me in any way. I’ve had great experiences with Straus’s wash and fold service. Everyone is so friendly, the pick-up and drop-off service is complimentary and super reliable, and my clothes always come back clean and in good condition.

Love Strauss! Been using them for laundry + dry cleaning for a few years now. Lovely service and love that they call to inform me when my wash and fold is ready for delivery. Incredible good quality tailoring too! Highly recommend for your neighborhood cleaners!! GREAT staff, too!!
