I had a very good experience at the 55th street location in Manhattan My technician Zodiac was very kind and professional as was the receptionist Destiny was also very helpful. I would recommend this site to everyone, especially to people who are afraid of the regular MRI procedure.
Everyone was super friendly. I was able to get in same day for a knee MRI, which was my only day off of work. Larry was the X-ray technician and he was very nice making sure I was comfortable the whole time.

I had already been here twice and had to wait in pain, for an hour after my appointment time to be seen. My third time, I arrived to the same problem of being told I would have to wait about an hour. I expressed my frustration with their scheduling and this being an ongoing problem, explaining that it causes me great pain to sit for so long with my injuries.
Liz at the front desk was nasty and defensive and had no empathy or compassion and should reconsider working in the medical field.
