He explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and even played the music I chose during the scan, which made the experience much more relaxing.

I had a very good experience at the 55th street location in Manhattan My technician Zodiac was very kind and professional as was the receptionist Destiny was also very helpful. I would recommend this site to everyone, especially to people who are afraid of the regular MRI procedure.
Everyone was super friendly. I was able to get in same day for a knee MRI, which was my only day off of work. Larry was the X-ray technician and he was very nice making sure I was comfortable the whole time.
