Timely appointment, clean office. Was treated with respect and listened to very well, able to pre fill the forms and everything in advance, makes me want to stick to all my regular appointments!
I’ve been a one medical customer since they launched in NYC. Third avenue and 39 was my first office.
Let’s start with the good….this office is perfect in terms of aesthetic. The front desk staff are helpful. Doctors are helpful and positive. I’ve never had to wait long.
The less good…wait times for appointments have blown up since the Amazon takeover. When you get bloods or any other testing it takes so long for them to read your results and let you know the outcome. This has significantly worsened since pre-Amazon. One of the reasons I liked One Medical was efficiency/speed but if this continues to worsen I’ll have to go elsewhere. Waiting...read full review
I am very happy with the service provided by One Medical, particularly Dr. Wright and Dr. Semansion, who are both excellent doctors and very attentive. Fine medical care, easy to get appointments when needed, and very caring and responsive. Also nice to be seen at your appointment time, never a long wait.
