1 star is too high. They tried to charge me for labour when all I requested was a quote. I asked very specifically, on the phone, what the total cost of the visit would be, for just a quote on future repairs, and was told $95. I was then charged $400 after they spent 15 minutes looking at my sink. The plumbers were forced to call their boss and on the phone the owner said "we could negotiate" a lower price. I cannot believe how unethical this company is. The plumbers were very nice and very understanding. Their boss is a scammer. Save your money and save your time. Go somewhere else.

I would give this place no stars if it were possible. Whatever you do, DO NOT used this place!!!! They are a complete rip off. I called them on February 19th because I had a clogged sink in my kitchen that would not drain. I needed someone to help because it was an emergency. The man that they sent over, named George apparently, was acting so strange that the doorman in my building thought he was high. No joke. He spent about an hour and a half cursing at the top of his lungs, banging things, and then cursing some more.
