This company representation has no accountability for keeping clients account information safe from fraudulent activity and tries to recoup finances from hard working citizens that are not due to them
Terrible customer service. My case continues to be closed with no resolution, I've provided documents to review and no one is reviewing but instead closing out my case. Seems no one wants to take the time to review my case, lazy!
Horrible customer service. I was promised to talk to a manager by the customer service agent and he waited until they were already closed to transfer me. Then I get a recording after waiting for 30 minutes for this manager whom was supposedly reviewing the case. This company literally says over $1000 dollars in transactions I took at my business never happened today. After someone hacked my account this company robs me and it’s just completely gone from the transaction history. The money didn’t just vanish. They are saying it never existed. Don’t do business with these guys. They give you every runaround possible to not let you talk to a manager. I will be reporting... read full review
