This company is awful all the way around! Highly suggest you use a different credit card processing service. I used them over 10 years ago and same scenario as today.

Your transactions always get transferred in the wrong amounts, sometimes in ur favor, and sometimes not. When ever you call them they don’t do anything about it or come up with all kinds of excuses that the bank supposedly took my money, and the new one is i took a square loan somewhere along the way and never paid them back.

After my last transaction clears i will be cancelling this immediately and never use this company again!!!

This company representation has no accountability for keeping clients account information safe from fraudulent activity and tries to recoup finances from hard working citizens that are not due to them

Terrible customer service. My case continues to be closed with no resolution, I've provided documents to review and no one is reviewing but instead closing out my case. Seems no one wants to take the time to review my case, lazy!
