I moved to NYC from CA eight months ago and immediately fell in love with the UWS. I work in financial services, am a busy bachelor and I need suits and shirts done right without fail. I have tried every cleaner on the UWS and none have come close. For the last month I have been giving all of my laundry to Spotmaster, Fangs Cleaners. My shirts and suits are immaculate and the owner Kevin and his Wife bring the family service vibe that is lacking in every other cleaner I have used. They have fair prices, know all of their clients by name and I enjoy every time I visit. If you are looking for a full-service, premium cleaner, on the UWS, Fang's cleaners is impeccable.

I have been bringing the slipcover on my oversized white linen couch here for annual cleanings for many years. They do an outstanding job removing challenging stains, which look like they never even happened. And I only bring clothing to dry clean 1-2 times a year in large batches, but they somehow remember me every time and are unbelievably nice, as if I just been there the week before. At least 5 years ago I noticed that a single silk blouse was missing after delivery (one of more than 50 items I brought to them that one time) and they quickly located it and delivered it. The woman who works there was very, very apologetic, such that she still points out the blouse...read full review
