This is SUCH a great massage for athletes or anyone dealing with muscle pain. Every time I come in, Jeff works his magic and I come out a new man. Always friendly, professional, and prepared. I’ve been going to him for over a year and always try to see him monthly. 10/10 would recommend!

Jeffrey helped me work through painful tightness in my upper chest / peck area and refereed me to exercises and other resources. He is technically skilled and knowledgeable and is interested in seeing his patients get better.

I was looking for a massage therapist to help me with recovery before the marathon. A friend who plays pro squash recommended Jeff and I cannot say enough good things about him. Jeff found knots that I didn't know existed and gave helpful tips on self-recovery / stretching. He was extremely attentive to my needs and was fun to chat with during the appointment. 100% recommended if you're looking for some help with day to day pains or with athletics.
