    I can’t speak any more highly of Sportslab. The passion for training is evident every single session, with a focus on every rep, working with me around any nagging injuries, and pushing me outside of my comfort zone to be the strongest version of myself. The space is beautiful, and the trainers are very personable and incredibly knowledgeable - I highly recommend working with them. I look forward to my sessions every week.

    From staff to owner, the people at Sports Lab are outstanding. The gym is welcoming, well-equipped machines, and has a great atmosphere that motivates you. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a supportive and professional place to meet your health/fitness goals.

    Great facility with the best trainers in the business. Whether you are a novice like me or know your way well around the gym, you will find exactly what you need here. The trainers are top-notch and knowledgeable, and you can find the right trainer whatever your focus is. The environment that Dave and John bring to this facility is encouraging and no-attitude. The only gym where I will train in NYC.

    SportsLab is my jam! I showed up with zero experience in resistance training and my trainer, Jon L, had me pushing decent weight (with good form) in no time. Great for beginners and advanced athletes. Got my wife to go and now she, too, is hooked. Love this place!

    A clean gym that has all the exercises you could want to do. The staff, especially my trainer, Derek, is amazing!

    I have worked with Izzy at Sports Lab NYC, and he is a true professional with extensive knowledge in all aspects of fitness, including strength, endurance, and hypertrophy. His deep understanding of movement, attention to detail, and genuine care make every session both educational and effective. Izzy doesn’t just guide you through a workout, he explains the “why” behind each movement, making sure I understand and can apply it on my own time.

    What sets Izzy apart is his level of engagement and commitment to my progress. He’s fully locked in during each session with wise coaching and makes sure that each session I am getting better. Whether it's Olympic lifting, strength training, body recomposition, Izzy provides the expert guidance that has helped make these goals attainable for me. Training with him has made me stronger, more confident, and more in tune with my potential. I can’t recommend Izzy enough.

    If you’re looking for a gym that combines expert training, a supportive community, and results-driven programs, SportsLab is it. The team’s energy and passion for fitness are contagious. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, tailoring workouts to your specific goals and fitness level, whether you're just starting out or training for something in particular.

    What sets SportsLab apart is the personal attention you receive. I've been to other gyms and worked with personal trainers who are caught up on their phones or socializing. This team takes their role seriously to spend the time and focus on you. They educate you as you train with them, and they're all so welcoming.

    Although their focus is one-on-one training, you’ll still feel connected to a truly special community. Joining this group has been one of the best decisions...I couldn’t recommend SportsLab more.

    I’ve been working with Izzy at Sports Lab New York City, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. Izzy is truly one of the top trainers in the city—his knowledge, passion, and dedication to his clients are unmatched. From day one, he was incredibly engaging and committed to supporting me in every way possible.

    I came in with a shoulder issue that made certain exercises difficult, but Izzy always had an alternative exercise ready, keeping me from getting frustrated and helping me stay on track. His ability to adapt and find solutions made a huge difference in my progress. Thanks to his expertise, my shoulder is now much stronger, and I’m able to exercise normally.

    In just four months, Izzy helped me gain 14 pounds of muscle, and I feel stronger and healthier than ever. If you’re looking to build muscle, improve strength, or just get in better shape, Izzy is the trainer to work with. He truly goes above and beyond, and his guidance has been invaluable.     The best trainers in the business and the gym itself is perfect. I have been training with these guys for over 10 years and I can't imagine what I would look like without their expertise and steady motivation. They literally changed my life and continue to be a big part of it 3+ hours a week.

    Well appointed and clean gym in an easy to reach location. Large locker room that is spotless with showers and ample self-lovking lockers. Everyone there both trainers and clients are serious about their workouts. Sometimes the music is too loud but they seem to be working on that. There's never a line for machines or equipment. It's only for personal trainers btw. So no individual memberships.
