I’ve been dealing with ongoing neck pain and visited the Sports and Pain Institute for an initial consultation and a follow up. The entire team, from the staff I’ve been communicating with at the clinic to Dr. Melepura, has been helpful. Dr. Melepura is attentive and listens, which helped me feel confident about the plan moving forward. They also make scheduling imaging and managing prescriptions so convenient, which I really appreciate. Overall, it’s been a positive experience at the clinic and I’d definitely recommend choosing them for your care!

Had my initial consultation with Dr. Melepura. He was extremely patient and took time to look at my imaging and explain to me what was happening with my back, so that I understand. We made a plan on how to move forward to help with my chronic pain and I feel extremely hopeful. Great communication with staff!

Great practice. I was able to get an appointment on the same day and no wait time upon arrival. Facility is modern and clean. Doctor is knowledgeable, took time to listen and was able to perform injections for my pain on the same day.

Dr. Melepura is a very knowledgable and empathetic person overall. He also makes sure you’re not in the waiting room for too long so I appreciate that aspect too. It’s been so wonderful to work with him and his amazing super understanding communicative team of physical therapists and staff that I literally travel 1.5 miles each way to see them 2-3 times a week for my treatment. Also, Dr. Febin believes in both modern medicine and a more holistic approach if he thinks you might be interested in that as supplementation and that’s only if you prefer it as an individual, he won’t push anything on you. I really like his whole hearted honesty and scientific approach to everything in his practice.

I’ve seen Dr. Melepura for two separate issues over the course of a year and was very happy with his care and attention. The office environment is great and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Jane and Diana are great! PT is always a great experience with seasoned, compassionate and amiable therapists (Emily and Dave) who seem genuinely concerned with my wellbeing and healing progress. It can be tricky at times but I always look forward to my time in PT.

The doctor helped me determine really quickly what was the source of my pain, and he with the physical therapists came up with a plan of action to strengthen my body and prevent further sprains. Several months after my first visit, I’m a lot stronger than I was and haven’t experienced the chronic pain I used to.
