Rosie came through for me when I was in a VERY tight spot! 4 days before my wedding this fall I was scrambling to tie up loose end and one of them was getting a haircut. I had always passed by Spiff coming in from the R Train so I decided to go in to see if I could get a haircut. After explaining to Roise what I wanted and that I would be getting married that weekend she immediately squeezed me for an appointment that day. I went directly to this location for a $100 gift card for my boyfriend. I had a really hard time convincing him to go, and he finally made an appointment. They told him the gift card was for a different location, and he ended up paying out of pocket, which was money he didn't budget for at all of course. I don't understand how I walked into one store and walked out with a gift card for a completely different store that I didn't know existed. I don't understand how they didn't make this right and make sure my boyfriend didn't have to pay out of pocket before he walked out the damn door.
