Rosie came through for me when I was in a VERY tight spot! 4 days before my wedding this fall I was scrambling to tie up loose end and one of them was getting a haircut. I had always passed by Spiff coming in from the R Train so I decided to go in to see if I could get a haircut. After explaining to Roise what I wanted and that I would be getting married that weekend she immediately squeezed me for an appointment that day. Getting my haircut there was one of the most comfortable and relaxing haircut experiences I've had. More importantly the haircut she gave me looked fantastic in my wedding photos. I've been back there since then and the haircuts she's given have come out perfectly each time.

I went directly to this location for a $100 gift card for my boyfriend. I had a really hard time convincing him to go, and he finally made an appointment. They told him the gift card was for a different location, and he ended up paying out of pocket, which was money he didn't budget for at all of course. I don't understand how I walked into one store and walked out with a gift card for a completely different store that I didn't know existed. I don't understand how they didn't make this right and make sure my boyfriend didn't have to pay out of pocket before he walked out the damn door. It was supposed to be a nice experience for him, but instead it was completely awkward and embarrassing. I asked for a refund just now, and they're refusing, and telling me that they put a $100 credit under my boyfriend's name. He obviously does not want to go back there, why would anyone want to go where the admin system is that wonky and low rent?? Also, how is it that they're able to put a credit under his name, and yet, no one could arrange for him to use that amount instead of him paying out of pocket? Just very poor customer service on top of the insane admin error.

Great grooming experience. I felt I was king of Monaco during the 45 min. I had Spiff Classic that includes haircut, scalp treatment, manicure, shoeshine and amazing neck massage. And they have good Membership offers. I took one. Thank you SPIFF for your exceptional service.
