I called for an inspection. They asked for the history and why I thought I had bed bugs. They asked me to send a photo and confirmed it was not bed bug bite. They could have sent the dogs and charged me for no reason. I appreciate their honesty. Highly recommend this honest company!

I was able to email them and text them a picture of a bug I found in my bedroom. Within minutes they reached out to me and told me that it was NOT a bedbug. I was so relieved. Definitely very responsive and honest company. Thank you so much for your quick response and making me feel calm.
