I went to Spear NoMad for the first time earlier this week and was so impressed with how clean and modern the space was! Not to mention, their staff was so welcoming and helpful. I see Ninia for my PT, and I loved how much space we had to do exercises and conditioning, while still sharing space with other patients. Definitely would recommend this office!
I have been a patient at Spears under the care of Mobil Birdi since 2021. I had two knee replacements and a hip replacement. Mo is a gentle, caring, and skilled therapist. As a very senior lady, I am playing tennis again and walking my dog miles each day. So thank you Mo. I must also commend the staff under MO’s supervision. They are all attentive and so kind. It is a fun place despite our reasons for being there. So thank you Mo and staff for getting me going and going again.
