I've had the 90-minute deep tissue massage with her several times now and she is truly exceptional at what she does. Every single time I leave a session with Virginia, all my pain is completely gone and I feel like a brand new person. She has an incredible ability to find the problem areas and work them out with just the right pressure and technique. This spa exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and welcomed. Maria at the front desk was absolutely wonderful – friendly, helpful, and very professional. She answered all my questions, guided me through the process, and set the tone for an incredible spa day. I left feeling completely refreshed and will definitely return!

I made a mistake with booking my services for myself and a friend for my birthday on the wrong day, and just a few days out. Shakira worked patiently and diligently to correct the mistake and get me rebooked. She handled the costly mistake with grace and I am appreciative to have worked with her.
