I wanted to leave this review because I had a very upsetting experience during my appointment today. It was not because of the spa or its staff, but because of the behavior of another customer.
Gia was performing my treatment when this customer suddenly opened the treatment room door while I was undressed. It was a shocking invasion of my privacy. The customer immediately began yelling aggressively at Gia, even though Gia had already gone to the door and politely asked her to wait because she was with another client.

This Spa is awesome. They were very professional and helped me get some last minute love today. The girl working was awesome. She squeezed me in. She looked stressed. Said a machine was down but apologized profusely. Told her I get it. Bad days happen. Understandingly I know it wasn’t her fault. Thank you Gia for your help today. ❤
I went in for a facial then couple of weeks later did micro-needling .
I have always wanted to do micro needling and I wish I never waited this long to do so. The results are amazing with skin looking rejuvenated and the glow that follows after doing this process. Don’t wait like I did ..
Erica is amazing and gives you good guidance on how to maintain your skin with it looking flawless. I will definite be back on a regular basis 😊 .
