About [solidcore] West 57th

[solidcore] offers a challenging and effective workout experience in their New York studio. Inspired by Pilates, their resistance-training workout uses a reformer-like machine called [sweatlana] to target the upper body, lower body, and core, building muscular strength and endurance. The instructors are amazing, pushing clients to their limits while respecting their boundaries. The studio is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the new W 57 studio in Hells Kitchen has become a favorite for many. Clients describe the workout as a real sweat fest, with slow, controlled movements that effectively target muscles. The studio also fosters a sense of community, recently commemorating AAPI Heritage month with a bulletin board for local AAPI-owned businesses. While some clients have mentioned the strict cancellation policy, which includes a $40 late cancel fee, many have seen incredible results, especially in achieving strong abs, and highly recommend the studio. With a motivating community and expert coaches, [solidcore] is a great choice for those looking to transform their bodies and minds.

I tried the Signature 50 : Full Body it was a late class which worked for me. There’s lockers available. Pretty small studio. Arrive 10 min before class and don’t forget the code to enter. Clean. I like that they have late classes. The instructor was really helpful. She helped me transition between weights and equipments. The class involved the carriage and weights. We worked on balance and strength. At first it seemed overwhelming as there are consistent instructions throughout the class. It became better towards the end. Learn the lingo which helps with the transitions. If you’ve done mat Pilates, you’ll be fine. Expect to work on your core as...read full review

The class is never boring - instructors are always coming up with new moves to keep things interesting. Love solid core. Works all the tiny muscles that keep me from getting injured while running

I took my first-ever solidcore class and let’s just say… it absolutely worked me—in the best way possible. My hamstrings are still sending strongly worded complaints, but I’m grateful nonetheless. This workout is no joke. It’s solid, it’s intense, and it lives up to the name in every way.

The facility itself is clean, modern, and well-organized. Entry requires a code, which adds an extra layer of security and makes everything feel very streamlined. One thing to note: solidcore has a strict late and cancellation policy, so plan accordingly and arrive on time—no cutting corners here (they don’t believe in shortcuts, and neither will your muscles).
