I recently got a manicure and pedicure here (with two different technicians), and they both did an amazing job. I’ve been here a few times now, and it’s the best work I’ve had. They were both so kind, professional, and really helpful when choosing colors and a design.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the manager was hovering quite a bit and micromanaging, which made the experience feel uncomfortable. At times I felt a bit rushed while deciding, and I overheard a comment about us talking too much (I don’t think she realized I could understand), which took away from the relaxing vibe.
This is hands down one of the best manicures I have gotten in years! The attention to detail and the way she cleaned up my cuticles made my heart soar, this is exactly what I needed after a long day of work. I got gel-x (I don’t believe they do acrylic) and it just looks and feels so smooth and flush to my cuticle. I would definitely recommend - I almost walked an extra couple blocks to go somewhere else but I pass it everyday so I stopped in - no regrets- they were courteous and kind, the salon was also very clean. Sogo is the place to SO GO! I come here ALL the time. Convenient location and very clean. Cindy and Jack manage this location so well and provide top tier service. The rest of the team is efficient as well. They always accept me as a walk-in with minimal wait time.
