I had Botox done by Jane today and couldn’t be happier with my experience. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Jane made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment and was very thorough in explaining the treatment. The entire staff at SkinTight MedSpa was welcoming, and the office was clean and beautiful. I am beyond happy with the treatment and service I got with Jane. She is personable, warm, and genuinely wants to make her clients happy. Jane went out of her way to call me the day before I saw her and spoke to me for almost 20 minutes to ease my concerns about correcting bad work from elsewhere. She made me feel like I would be taken care of and that I was not over reacting. With that being said, she also knows when to say no and will not give you unnecessary treatment for the sake of a profit, which is what made me feel super safe in the end. I could not have asked for a better experience. Jane gave me my confidence back!
