I underwent a power peel treatment here and my overall experience was exceptional! The establishment had an impeccable standard of cleanliness, was spacious, and welcoming. The lady at the front (whose name I forgot to ask) was kind and patient with all my questions and the check-in process.Amanda, my esthetician, was outstanding! She patiently heard about my skin history, concerns, and goals and tailored the peel type to address my specific needs. Front desk staff was informative and friendly, I had Stacy taking care of my facial, she was lovely, she took her time to explain everything related to my face, she recommended the complexion treatment pads for my face I can’t wait to try them and see the results. They also have really convenient packages that I will definitely do next time with my mom. Loved this place!
I’ve been coming to skin spa for over 7 years. This is my first time at the soho location. I came for a facial with Li was was great as always. First time facial with Alisa. I got the time eraser which was scheduled for an hour and 15 mins. Alisa rushed through and got it done in 45 mins. When I complained to the manager, she told me I was wrong. For a $300 facial, I’m not sure how getting it done 30 mins early is worth it. Extremely disappointing.I’m giving this location an overall 3 stars because the massage was 5 stars.
