I’d make sure to ask and talk about the laser sessions, because the give misleading information. they promise different results that what you actually get, and are not accountable for it. I’m very disappointed and frustrated. total waste of money and time!
Made an appointment for Sunday morning. Confirmed it on Friday. Showed up on Sunday and there was no one there to do my procedure. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Totally unprofessional and waste of my time. I should have known. This place has had 10 different names over the past several years because the service is so awful. Don't waste your time or your money. Go somewhere...ANYWHERE else!
I had a really disappointing experience at this med spa and would not recommend it to anyone. I arrived about 10 minutes late because of major subway delays, and the moment I walked in, the tone felt hostile. When I explained that I wanted a more affordable filler option and mentioned that I had Voluma done about 24 months ago, the injector — Maria — immediately questioned why I ever used Voluma and told me I “should have” used Restylane instead. Her tone made me feel judged for even asking.
