I can’t speak to the other reviews, but personally, I did a lot of research on which filler would be best for my chin, so I had and continue to have excellent results.

That being said, what really clinched it for me was the talent and remarkable eye of the injector I was treated by (she is only at the Manhattan location on Wednesdays, and she is a genius with that needle). She did recommend I do my lips as well - I was not insulted nor did I see it as an upsell (my lips have always been extremely thin and small and have only gotten more so with age.) I had a really disappointing experience at this med spa and would not recommend it to anyone. I arrived about 10 minutes late because of major subway delays, and the moment I walked in, the tone felt hostile. When I explained that I wanted a more affordable filler option and mentioned that I had Voluma done about 24 months ago, the injector — Maria — immediately questioned why I ever used Voluma and told me I “should have” used Restylane instead. Her tone made me feel judged for even asking.

I came here for filler in my chin and my injector started putting the filler in other areas that I did not ask for, because she thought it would look better. I am unhappy with the result and I prefer how my chin looked before this treatment. I whole heartedly regret spending so much money here.Service: JUVÉDERM treatments
